  Antique  Swedish  scutching knife. Dated 1830, original paint with simplistic hand painted red and yellow tulips. Used for the preparation of flax  in the process of linen production.

 Rare, Hoganas stoneware jar from the early 1900's.   This is an early classical design piece with a Hoganas stamp impression on one side. Two curved  handles add to the detail of this stunning piece.

We love this set of four super rare and unique chairs from Quebec.  The seat is woven from animal sinew similar to a canoe seat or snowshoes. Very durable as well as comfortable and certainly  are a conversation piece.

This  carved wooden ladder back chair has some history! The woven seat is still completely in tact and the craftsmanship with the weave of the seat and and detailed back are charming.  Originally from Quebec this piece can stand alone in any room.

Beautifully carved  antique walnut chair. We have updated the upholstery to give a 1920's chair a fresh feel. A very unique chair that would work well in any decor.

 A real piece of history, this early 18th century cabinet is from the Northern side of Sweden.  Was used in farm houses to store possessions, including liquor!!  Today we could see it in a front entranceway, or a kitchen for additional storage.  The light blue grey combination still works today!

Previous owner was the Martyn Electric Company in 1924.  This National Cash Register is rare and valuable. This is a multi drawer cash register that still works.  The warm oak finish, coloured keys and marble change plate add historic charm.

Mid Century French art deco floor lamp in metal, copper and brass finish. Solid 9" base with original glass shade which casts a warm glow. This floor lamp is not only beautiful with its scalloped touchier holder.

So many uses for this rare copper boiler.  Would work for fireplace logs, a planter, store blankets, garden hose or a stack of great reads.   This copper piece has that aged patina which adds character. The wooden handles make it  easy haul heavy objects.

Originally from rural Sweden, this early 1800's chair is smaller in scale and has a dark reddish brown aged colour.   Would work well as entranceway chair or in lieu of a night table.

We love these mini pieces from dating back to 1904. These 2" molds of pressed glass were made as a keepsake for American Fairs and have either a date or the name of the Fair etched on the glass. Once used as a toothpick or match holder, we use them with tea lights and place at a table setting.

Stoneware  5 pound crock fruit jar, complete with lid and original wire. The label is worn off in spots but still clearly reads as Strawberry, apple jelly from Armours. 

Originally from Chicago late 1800's.

We have two of these antique glass window panes, all with the same detailed pattern. They look nice as is, but could also be used as an insert in a cabinet door or camouflage and unsightly view.
